When and how will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within 2 business days and are sent via First Class Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days) in a plain bubble mailers or a box. Once your order has been shipped you will automatically be updated via email with tracking.
Package arrived damaged or lost in mail.
If your package arrived damaged or got lost in the mail, please message us via support@redrockmycology.com and we will send out replacements free of charge.
I recieved a defective syringe or the wrong culture.
Message us at support@redrockmycology.com and we will send a replacement free of charge or provide you with a refund for the defective item.
If you received the wrong item, we do not expect you to return it. Feel free to keep it as it was our mistake and we will send you the correct item.
How About The Return Policy?
We do not accept returns.
